Synub reviews refund requests according to applicable laws, marketplace policies, and service-specific notices. Used digital content or granted benefits may be restricted from refunds.
2. App Marketplace Purchases
Purchases made through Google Play, the App Store, or another marketplace may be handled under that marketplace's refund process and policy.
3. Direct Payments
If Synub provides direct payments, refund eligibility is reviewed based on payment date, usage, granted benefits, and potential abuse.
4. Events and Rewards
Rewards provided through idea selection, events, or beta tests may not be refundable as cash unless separately stated.
