1. Purpose
These terms govern the rights, duties, and responsibilities between Synub Inc. ("Synub") and users regarding the apps, web, and game services and Synub Center (the "Services").
2. Definitions
- "Services": all apps, web, games, and Synub Center provided by Synub. - "User": anyone who uses the Services under these terms. - "Content": any text, image, idea, or material provided in the Services or posted/submitted by users.
Terms not defined here follow applicable law and service-specific notices.
3. Effect and Changes to the Terms
1. These terms take effect when posted within the Services or otherwise notified to users. 2. Synub may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. 3. Amendments are announced at least 7 days before the effective date, stating the effective date and reason. For changes that are material or disadvantageous to users, notice is given at least 30 days in advance. 4. If a user continues to use the Services after the effective date, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended terms. Users who do not agree may stop using the Services.
4. Provision and Changes to the Services
1. Synub strives to provide stable Services. 2. Synub may change or suspend all or part of the Services for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice. In urgent cases, notice may be given afterward.
5. User Obligations and Prohibited Acts
Users must comply with applicable law, these terms, and service notices, and must not:
- Infringe the rights, reputation, or personal data of others - Intentionally disrupt operations or gain unauthorized access to systems - Submit false information or impersonate others - Exploit security vulnerabilities or distribute malicious code - Act against law or public order and morals
6. Rights in Posted and Submitted Content
1. Rights in content created or submitted by users belong to the users. 2. Users grant Synub permission to use such content to the extent necessary to operate, display, and improve the Services. 3. Adoption and use of submitted ideas and related rewards follow service notices or separate policies.
7. Paid Services and Payment
1. Paid features are provided under the conditions stated in each service. 2. Where payment is made through app markets (Google Play, App Store, etc.), the market's policies may also apply. 3. Withdrawal and refunds follow the Synub Refund Policy and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
Rights to the Services and the content and software provided by Synub belong to Synub or the rightful owner. Users may not copy, distribute, or use them without Synub's prior consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
1. Synub is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or by the user's fault. 2. Nothing in these terms unfairly excludes or limits Synub's liability under applicable law.
10. Service-Specific Policies
Separate policies or additional terms may apply depending on the nature of each game, app, or web service. Where additional terms conflict with these terms, the additional terms for that service prevail.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
1. These terms and use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. 2. Disputes are resolved through good-faith consultation; failing that, either party may file suit before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. 3. Consumers may apply for mediation to bodies such as the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee or the Content Dispute Mediation Committee.
