CouchTrader is an entertainment virtual clicker game. In-game BTC, coins, rewards, profit/loss, and rankings are all game scores only. They are unrelated to real Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, cash, financial products, investment, or gambling services.
2. How Accounts Are Created
CouchTrader does not use email, password, or social sign-in. When the app is first launched, an account is created based on the nickname you enter and your device identifier (Android ID). Your nickname is therefore required to identify the account.
3. How to Request Account and Data Deletion
CouchTrader account and data deletion is handled through the Synub Privacy Request Center.
Step 1. Go to the Privacy Request Center (https://center.synub.io/en/trust/privacy-requests).
Step 2. Choose "Deletion request" or "Data deletion inquiry" to open the request form.
Step 3. Select "CouchTrader (방구석선물왕)" as the service and include the nickname you use in the app.
Step 4. After verifying your identity, we will delete your account and data and reply with the result.
If you prefer email, you may send your nickname with the subject "CouchTrader account deletion request" to haru@synub.io.
4. Data That Is Deleted
When a deletion request is processed, the following data is erased.
Account information: nickname, device identifier (Android ID) mapping
Game progress data: BTC balance, owned and purchased items, growth, achievement and ranking records, futures trade history
Guild data: guild membership, activity, and chat history
The email address you provided for inquiries or error reports (if any)
5. Data That Is Retained and Retention Period
Deletion requests are processed without delay and completed within 30 days at the latest.
As a rule, the data above is destroyed irreversibly upon deletion.
However, information that relevant laws require to be retained is stored separately only for the period specified by those laws, and then destroyed.
Payment (in-app purchase) records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
6. Additional Notes
If you relaunch the app on the same device after deletion, you start over with a new account. Deleted game progress data cannot be recovered.
